Return & Exchange Policy At Alameer Advertising, all products are custom-made (printing & embroidery) based on customer requests. Therefore: • Orders cannot be canceled after production has started. • Returns and exchanges are not accepted after production has started. • Manufacturing defects, printing/embroidery errors, or incorrect items sent by us can be reported for review by our team. Reporting an issue does not guarantee a particular outcome. In case of an issue: • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. This is a reporting deadline only; it is not a promise of a refund, exchange, replacement, or compensation. • Send clear photos of the problem via WhatsApp (+965 6611 1615). Reported issues are reviewed by our team based on the details and photos provided.
