Delivery Time Frame (Outside Kuwait)
The delivery process for orders outside Kuwait is divided into two main stages:
1. Preparation / Production Time
All products are made to order. Preparation includes order verification, production, quality checks, and packaging. For orders outside Kuwait, this stage takes 2–4 business days before your order is ready for dispatch.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the duration required for your order to be delivered from our warehouse to your location after preparation is complete. For orders outside Kuwait, delivery typically takes approximately 10–20 days. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
